This first document is followed by a long and copious series of testimonies that go down to the present day, quantifiable in 1763 parchments, 881 registers, 5500 cards, 1450 prints.

All the material is divided into funds: Bishops (pastoral letters, circulars and dispositions, administration of the Bishop’s canteen), Bishop’s Curia (appointment of parish priests, parish reports, processes in both civil and spiritual matters), Chapter of the Cathedral (capitular acts, mansionerie, prebends, administration), pastoral visits (reports of visits to individual parishes), parish archives (48 those currently present) merged following the 1976 earthquake and globally divided into registry office, factory, activity and religious life. Particular sectors are made up of the Maps, which present situations that no longer exist or are altered and therefore fundamental for the study of the territory, of the settlements and of the jurisdictions, and lastly of the Correspondence, which reveals a vast and varied gallery of characters.

For us at Theke it was an honor to be able to view and handle documents of such historical importance, therefore we publicly thank the Diocesan Museum and the Diocese of Concordia-Pordenone for choosing to have us carry out this delicate and prestigious task.

On Thursday 26 November 2020, some of our employees helped the entourage of the Historical Diocesan Archives of Concordia-Pordenone in arranging various historical documents.
